Heritage challenges do not respect national boundaries. Endangered Heritage brings the same standard of independent expertise to international engagements as to domestic ones.

Sector Context

The practice has designed and delivered international heritage programs across the Pacific, Southeast Asia and beyond — building institutional capacity in environments where that capacity is scarce, and where standard international development models often fail because they are not grounded in what local institutions can actually sustain.

Victoria Pearce leads international program engagements, drawing on direct experience in designing programs for UNESCO-affiliated bodies, bilateral aid programs and international conservation organisations. The practice brings technical expertise that is specific enough to be credible and transferable enough to be useful.
